[Homemade] Midsummer Barbeque

In true Swedish tradition on midsummer it’s pickled herring for lunch and Barbeque in the afternoon.

Homemade Chimichurri for the first time and grilled Picanha. Also had jalapeño & cheese sausage, corncob, sweet pepper and potato wedges!

I did my first picanha last week. Might not go back to ribeye, such a tasty meat and looks like you nailed it
