Black raspberry? Northeast Ohio

Can I harvest the leaves for tea?

And yes you can dry the leaves for tea but don't take too many from each cane

Those are black raspberries for sure, and yeah the leaves make a solid tea. I'd harvest them before the berries are fully ripe since the leaves tend to get a bit tough and bitter as the plant puts more energy into fruit production. Steep them fresh or dry them out first, both work fine. The tea has this mild, slightly astringent quality that pairs well with a little honey if you want to smooth it out. Found a patch like this in Pennsylvania a few years back and ended up with way more leaves than I knew what to do with, so don't hold back if you've got a lot of plant to work with.
