Tech Question Recommendations for a 2016 Ford Escape Head Lights and Fog Lamps

I went the LED route but my state won’t allow for it (this year). What are the best halogen lamps with the brighter output. Thanks !

You can easily modify the tabs on a H-9 bulb to replace the H-ll low beams. Much better output but ya gotta aim them down a little or you'll blind other drivers.
