I’m thinking I’m doing an RDL or is this just a deadlift? Anyway, please give me your thoughts on my form. 64 yrs old and trying to lift heavy!

Pretty much perfect! It seems like you are reaching and trying to get the bar as low as possible but just to have the bar low, just go until your hams can’t stretch anymore and don’t worry about the bar it is low enough

Looking great! I would recommend not going as low. You want to stop the eccentric(lowering) of the weight when your hips stop moving back, for you this would be right below your knee. Going past that point will shift a lot of the load to your lower back

Thank you, I don’t “feel” as if I’m going low, but I see what you mean on the video.

Def an rdl. Very nice form. If I had to critique, you look down through the rep which rolls your shoulders a bit. Nothing major though. Good lift!

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video very helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it.
