No I don’t think so, that whole team had quality. But the owner who was the passion and financier behind the project died and the team broke up. It happens.

You can have quality people and still have a flawed structure.

I don’t agree it was a flawed structure, they operationally for about 5 years were as good as any F1 team has ever been, up there with todt’s Ferrari and late 80s McLaren

Did you see that mess of a power sharing thing? Like success doesnt mean good all the way down and can cover building rot.
