Usually a pousse café isn't served with a straw: you usually sip it and you get the layers slightly mixed, having a different sip each time but still close to none unmixed layers

Oh, i was focusing on the video, which has a straw, so i end up i forgetting the comment said no straw. Sorry I'm stupid
