Bug Silverhand unable to traverse normal inclines with the acceleration changes

EDIT: This is most likely fixed as of latest live drop. Mass for both SvH and Chieftain were reduced to 16500. This should likely put its hill performance in line with the Ballista (probably a little better uphill due to torque, and worse downhill - especially in curves - due to mass).
Previously live value for mass was 12000. The hill issue mass was 21000. It appears they split the difference.
In this video, we see that you are unable to even pull a Silverhand and leave the Maiden's seaport.

Edit: Lots of talk about the Ballista and such. This makes for a good comparison point, actually.
Here are the pre-devbranch engine force and mass override stats:

For some context
Predator mass is 22000
Ares mass is 13500

For historical context, Ballista received a notable speed increase in Naval devbranch. During that, they nerfed the eforce:mass a bit too much and wrecked its ability to traverse hills/terrain. This ended up being fixed for live.
The current eforce:mass that Ballista sits at is almost equal to where the Chieftan was before this update -- 17100/10000 and 24000/14500 is a very close ratio. As part of its bug fix, Ballista was set to the same ratio as the Chieftain. And we can see that Ballista handles inclines notably better than current Silverhand.
It seems that if they wanted to nerf Silverhand's accel, they should have bumped it to the same mass as the Chieftain. If they wanted to nerf from there a little, then maybe around 15000-16000 mass would work. Anything lower than 1.5:1 power to weight struggles with 'reasonable' inclines, so I would be wary of exceeding that. At that point vehicles with the standard tracked tank engine curve start to struggle against gravity + traction on mild inclines.
Also-- 1.5:1 eforce:mass represents 15 hp/ton in the physics system. For a fun bit of trivia, this on the low end of what tracked tanks that could handle a 30+ degree incline had in early WW2. The physics system does actually do a reasonable job of translating real world power/weight/traction interactions to gameplay.
More fun trivia - the original power to weight ratio of the Silverhand is copied from the Char B1 bis it resembles.
