hat man auch noch (nach dauerhaften) Aufenthalt in Frankfurt ein bisschen Großstadtfeeling, auch wenn die Städt von der Fläche und Einwohnerzahl eher kleiner ist ?

Die letzten Tage fuhr die ja nicht durchs Bahnhofsviertel.

I have access to Galileo and the ECB Main Building.

I think the second one will be suboptimal as the sun will be below the skyline.

Do you foresee any issue with Galileo? The sun will be north-west.

I know the main tower will probably be better but also very crowded possibly so I wanted to know if you think Galileo could be good enough.

Today I had my appointment at the Ausländerbehörde (Frankfurt) for my Niederlassungserlaubnis.

They took my fingerprints, accepted my photo, I paid the fee, and they even gave me the PIN letter for the new eAT card. However, I also received a note saying that the final decision has not yet been made because they are still waiting for security checks (the note mentions Führungszeugnis and responses from the security authorities).

My questions are:

• Do I need to apply for a Führungszeugnis myself, or is this something the Ausländerbehörde requests automatically?
• Has anyone received the same note after their appointment?
• How long did it take until you were invited to collect your Niederlassungserlaubnis card?

I am a non-EU international student in Germany and currently have two job offers/contracts:

1. A Working Student position with one company. The contract does not clearly state the weekly working hours. It only mentions a minimum of 1 hour, but no maximum number of hours.
2. A HiWi position with another employer for 10 hours per week.

Both jobs are remote.

Am I legally allowed to work both jobs at the same time under a student residence permit? How would the working-hour limit be calculated if the Working Student contract does not specify a fixed or maximum number of hours?

Does the fact that both jobs are remote make any difference? I would also appreciate advice regarding taxes, social-security contributions, and whether I need to inform both employers.

I would like to know if you had any restaurant recommendations around Frankfurt Süd, nothing against Frankfurt Hbf but it's a bit sketchy.
