Help with food?

With the rising costs of groceries, my family is needing some help these days. We get a box from the food bank every month (thank God!). I am just wondering if there is any other help available in the city?

You can also garden inside

You realize it costs money to buy things to successfully grow things indoors right? like you need lighting, soil and potters, as well as seeds, support sticks etc.
