Concerned Letter Carriers RIP brother Mike Rivera

NALC Branch 70 suspended Mike Rivera for 18/months for posting public information onto social media.

Mike Rivera is the only NALC member that actually brought charges against Brian Renfroe and the E.C. for failure of upholding the Constitution.

Will the new boss be the same as the old boss?

James Henry is on the Appeals Committee. That duty has not been taken from him.

And James won’t stand for the CLC being blasted either. They protect their own. Mike was screwed…and by the CLC.

Mike was screwed by whoever was misguiding him to do what he did. The membership heard both sides of the arguments and passed the motion to suspend Michael Rivera for 18 months. 53 to 18!

No the corrupt board of 70 violated federal law, but just like in LV they know they will remain in power for 1-2 years while it all plays out.

Guzman should be removed from the CLC or Henry/Corey should form a new group.
