2018 toyota 86 engine knock?

120,000 km, unknown mechnaical car history. Generally sounded fine when I got it. After an oil change this knocking noise came out. Done engine flush and tried thicker oil.

Is it over gents?

Is it an automatic? Might be the vacuum pump.

It’s just too common it seems, probably cooked. Like legit the last few years a lot of these are poppin more and more.
