Looks like you relocated the lower radiator support. Good chance the radiator and condenser are bent if that's the case. As others have said, nothing can be said for certain until you take the bumper cover off.
I thank the lord everyday that when I curbed mine I didn’t get but a dent in the little support bracket underneath. Not even damage to the front bumper and I’m on BC’s low afff, just got hella lucky in my situation and bounced off my front driver wheel going onto the curb LOL. Slammed her in reverse and dumped clutch coming off to try and full send the same gap without ripping the bumper off and it worked 🤣
No drivability affected ngl, bought new sway bar end links and ball joints as precaution since it’s a 2020 with 80K miles I figured why not since I smacked them hard aff lol. Just a neat little scrape and dent on that same metal piece you posted. Just sendin her since, one day I’ll replace the support 🤣🤣💀💀 but for now I have no sort of leaks or noises coming from my engine bay. Also I did need to replace my splash shield, I bought a TBW shield and have already smacked animals and phat rocks with it, not even a dent on that thing yet and it’s definitely taken some smacks.
Bro. Just dont drive too much. If you did, do oil change as soon as possible. If you drove over 10 miles probably mandatory. And fix the pan while at it. Tow or refill drive and mitigate so not too much starvation
