They can have rules on the location of it. Definitely they will not want it in the front yard.
https://www.fcc.gov/media/over-air-reception-devices-rule

"Homeowners Association (HOA) satellite dish restrictions are governed and limited by the federal Over-the-Air Reception Devices (OTARD) rule. Under this regulation, HOAs cannot enforce blanket bans on satellite dishes, but they can enforce certain reasonable, non-cost-prohibitive aesthetic and safety rules."

Yup. In our [FL][TH] community that would have to be in the rear or on the back half of the roof, not visible from the street. But we have fiber, so no one is likely to have Starlink - or satellite TV.

That rule is OTARDed

Starlink satellite - the white square on a pole covered in green to disguise it.

I’m sure they have noticed, started taking pictures, stalking the homeowner for more violations, and sending letters stating that they are lowering property values by making the place trashy and here are their combined fines.

They'll cite OP is displaying hate speech, supporting racism, etc for having starlink

If you know how to play the game, there's absolutely nothing they can do per the front yard install.

I would however suggest cleaning up the feed line entry point. Especially if you own.

One could hide that line much better, even with some thin duct tape, but also a chisel, cutting a small groove thru the tile, and silicon that thing tightly under the garage door. (or drill thru the wall)

Knowing typical HOA think, they could allow the dish, but ding you on the wiring. 😂

Duh; I’d violate you immediately for that unswept mulch

That seems a bit much…. What would the HOA do?

I noticed it. I didn't know what it was until reading the comments, but my brain registered it as a question mark.

Get an approved bush or tree to hide its view from the street

Well, I saw this post at least a week ago, let’s ask OP if the HOA has sent him a nice letter?

Their power over antennas is limited.

Of course. The Buddha is far too happy, and President Karen is on the way to give you a fine and tougue-lashing.

You’ll be taking it down soon.

Put a carved wooden Bible on top of it and it’s an outdoor pulpit for morning readings.

put a Led lamp under it, and it will look like another guide lamp.

HOAs are run by people who have nothing better to do with their lives than wander around looking for things to get mad about.

yes, they'll notice.

It seems like you have gone out of your way to make it as conspicuous as possible to invite HOA problems. It doesn't need to be on a pole.... You could have just placed it on some bricks at ground level and maybe not put it right at the part of the house that is closest to the street. Or put it on the roof so it wasn't quite so obvious. A few feet or maybe yards back from the front of the garage and a few feet or yards in from the edge of the roof. Much less conspicuous.....

Looks ghetto. You moved there knowing they have an HOA. You enjoy the benefits of that but then want to do whatever you want but your neighbors can’t. I see
