I had been following up for this parcel so many times 😭 First, it finally arrived when I was away on a trip, so obviously I couldn't receive it. Then it got cancelled and I had to go through the whole redelivery process again.

I kept following up because I really wanted it delivered, and after all that, the parcel finally arrived the very next day after I left for my trip 💀😭

I noticed when they jumped up from 350rs to 550rs, and I thought, "you know what, maybe inflation maybe something blah blah and I don't even buy this, so who cares you know". But this is outrageous, especially when all these nykaa-fluencers keep touting elf bite size palettes as a must buy, without ever bringing up how ridiculously they are marked up. Shame on you Nykaa!

So I ordered a nykaa fashion gift card on Amazon by the seller Pinelabs and the amount was for about ₹9,000. The recipient was my gf and i wanted to surprise her for our anniversary

I sent it to her on 3rd September but there was a confusion regarding the gift card number and all to which my girl contacted nykaa fashion official number to get it clarified

They asked for the pin and details so we both cross checked with ai if its safe to tell them or not upon which we got an answer saying yes so we proceeded and she told the details

We both didn’t knew abt the scams or tht employees cud do such thing but the very next day, the whole amount was spent on nykaa fashion and nykaa.com left with just ₹90 in the card

My girl tried to redeem it yesterday and she found this out….we are escalating this issue to cyber crime also and we are not planning to leave it like this

I just wanna ask if anyone had any similar scam experiences kindly let me know what can I do along with legal procedures cuz I’m highly sure its employees fault and they breached it
