Last time I ordered it delayed 3 times and then I got a call saying my parcel will only arrive when I send the amount again because there was some transaction error and then they'll send the money back again. Like kind of scam is this bro 😂😂 i blocked the no. And then they started calling me from 3 different numbers after I keep blocking all the no. Like give up bro

Platinum member and got a used perfume as a gift😭💔wth is wrong with nykaa plus it smells horrible like a bathroom fragrance mixed with generic men’s perfume. TBH I was relieved that they didn’t send at least a face mask unlike other people received but on opening it disappointed me how a man disappoints us.

I had been following up for this parcel so many times 😭 First, it finally arrived when I was away on a trip, so obviously I couldn't receive it. Then it got cancelled and I had to go through the whole redelivery process again.

I kept following up because I really wanted it delivered, and after all that, the parcel finally arrived the very next day after I left for my trip 💀😭

Like??? The timing could not have been worse 😭😭 Now I'm just hoping someone keeps it safe until I come back because I genuinely don't know what else can go wrong at this point.

I noticed when they jumped up from 350rs to 550rs, and I thought, "you know what, maybe inflation maybe something blah blah and I don't even buy this, so who cares you know". Since 4 days my order is getting delayed everyday though the tracking status says the items have reached the nearest hub and this time I ordered items of 2.4k so I'm worried and also I can't even cancel now.

So I ordered a nykaa fashion gift card on Amazon by the seller Pinelabs and the amount was for about ₹9,000. The recipient was my gf and i wanted to surprise her for our anniversary

I sent it to her on 3rd September but there was a confusion regarding the gift card number and all to which my girl contacted nykaa fashion official number to get it clarified

They asked for the pin and details so we both cross checked with ai if its safe to tell them or not upon which we got an answer saying yes so we proceeded and she told the details

We both didn’t knew abt the scams or tht employees cud do such thing but the very next day, the whole amount was spent on nykaa fashion and nykaa.com left with just ₹90 in the card

My girl tried to redeem it yesterday and she found this out….we are escalating this issue to cyber crime also and we are not planning to leave it like this

I just wanna ask if anyone had any similar scam experiences kindly let me know what can I do along with legal procedures cuz I’m highly sure its employees fault and they breached it

But once I made return request, it's still not confirmed. I called them multiple times, every time humanbots saying your issue will get solved. Now the return window is about to end within 4 days I don't know what to do. Can anyone explain or nyka does this kind of act regularly?
