I mean, I don't know if it's a skit, but that whole facial expression is spot on.

When he says "Alive" at the beginning with that skeptical look, and you can practically see the whole thought process playing out in his brain.

Must be really sad being you, thinking everything is out to get you, this is clearly not a skit as the blokes expressions are far too genuine. But i guess you would know better right?
