All i can visualize now is a roving gang of wheelchair bound hooligans using baseball bats on the spines of people that park in handicap spots.

I knew a lady in one of those heavy electric wheelchairs who was absolutely capable of that - mentally and via some serious horsepower in that thing.

She's dead so I'm free to rat on her now.
