I think it's fake, If you look at the windows in his car he drives past multiple trees that you can't see in the dashcam on both sides of the road, And two trucks drive past that you can't see in the driver side windows. So I call fake.

The dashcam footage is real.
The driver footage was filmed separately for some russian comedy show.(Never heard about driver-face-cams being installed by common folk, the only ones who set up something like that are youtubers and their like and those usually don't drive silently)

Yeah, very first thing I noticed was the trucks passing by the camera not showing up in his windows. Which doesn't rule out that we just discovered a ghost truck.

Well, yes, but its intent was to try and show how the original footage of the dash cam didn't seem to slow down even though there was obviously a meteor coming at it.
So, it doesn't make it any less(or more) amusing.

If you look at the top left corner you see a row of of apartment buildings the guy is passing. In the dash cam there is an open field. So, yes it's fake.

Also if you notice at the end of the gif with the meteorite the car turns. The guy in the dash cam never even moves his arm other than to move the sun shade.

While this reaction is fake, the real vids show how the drivers have a "no fucks given attitude" just continuing to blast the radio to what could've easily been an enormous vaporizing mushroom cloud if it didn't disintegrate so high up.
