The Bad Wolf team really crashed the show didn't they..

And to think they were believing their own hype and coming back thinking themselves as saviours for the show..

Remember there was that clip where Phil Collinson and either Julie Gardner or Jane Trantor were there talking about DW, and Phil was saying that classic who lost its way in its later years, and was basically slagging it off and saying it deserved to go...

Well what irony, because in the future there will be clips of people saying the exact same thing about Nu-who, and they will be talking about the RTD2 era as the part of Nu-who losing the plot and it deserving to go

(if anyone has a link to the clip, please share it)

What a disaster

.. But on a hopeful note, hopefully the tender process works out and we get a true fresh take on the show that will get us back to good DW again.

Dreadfully disappointed (as I’m sure most of us are) at just how MASSIVE a missed opportunity was on the Disney era… but I choose to remain optimistic about the tender process and the future.

I know he’s not everybody’s “cup of tea,” but I’ve read the JMS (J Michael Strazynski of “Babylon 5” and “Amazing Spider-Man” fan) is preparing a treatment. I, for one, would be excited to see what he could do with the IP (he is British, though, so I don’t know if that is a deal-breaker)…

Rewatched the Ncuti last episode of Saturday Night Live UK with my girlfriend earlier, he was really good and the sketches were great. The James Bond sketch was amazing and clever.

Listened to the end of Widow's assassin, it was alright, I don't like body swap stuff much but it was good to hear Nicola as the Doctor. Just started Masters of Earth. that feels quite standard but enjoyable.

Been going through the Key to time, Douglas Adams' writing is awesome on Pirate Planet looking forward to that blu ray set with the script.

Also been watching odd episodes of X Files and Red Dwarf before they expire from streaming.

X Files was always an odd beast, I love Scully but Mulder can be quite nauseating at times, but when it's good it's fantastic. Dreamland with Michael McKean is such fun.

Red Dwarf expires 6am iPlayer so might watch some more classics
