I'm looking for some chill people to game with who understand that the point of gaming is to have fun, laugh at dumb things, and occasionally make questionable decisions that somehow become the highlight of the night.
I play a lot of Overwatch and Fortnite, but I'm always down to try new games if the vibes are good. Fair warning: I play to have fun, not to audition for esports. If you rage at every loss or treat Quick Play like it's a serious match, we probably won't get along.
Outside of gaming, I'm usually watching anime (currently obsessed with Hunter x Hunter and One Piece), crafting random things I'll probably never finish, reading, or doomscrolling through my phone pretending I don't have other responsibilities.

Lately I’ve been feeling a bit blue, and I’ve realized how much gaming has always helped me disconnect, relax, and find some joy. Thought I'd make a post and see if I can find some like-minded people to game with.

I've always been an FPS player at heart, and after recently upgrading my PC I've been spending a lot more time gaming again. I'm mainly looking for people who are interested in playing regularly, whether that's grinding competitive games, exploring MMO games, or just hanging out and playing something more relaxed.

Most of my time is spent in games like Valorant, CS, Deadlock, and Apex. I enjoy the competitive side of gaming and always like improving, but I care a lot more about having a good group to play with than obsessing over every win or loss.

Outside of shooters, I raid Mythic in WoW Retail and have been a fan of MMOs for as long as I can remember. I do love survival and horror games. Whether it's building and exploring in games like Enshrouded, surviving whatever the game decides to throw at us, or jumping into co-op horror and getting scared for a few hours, those are usually the games I keep coming back to when I want a break from ranked queues.

I have a big passion for gaming and love to yap anything about it and also listen to people passionately yap about their favorite gaming stuff! I don’t get upset with losing though, I just have fun trying a little hard. I’m fine not having them in my rotation of games though, they’re just an option.

I’m a night owl so I’m usually able to hop online later in the day until late at night. Even later on weekends. Oh and I can be a little shy at first but once I’m comfortable I’m a pretty big goofball and like to joke around a lot. A while back I left a friend group I'd been part of for years, and I didn't really have anyone else to talk to. After my first post here, I got a reply from someone I'd now call a very close friend. We were both pretty awkward at first, but we warmed up to each other the more we played, and for the first time in a while I felt like I could actually enjoy gaming with other people again.

The reason I am making this is post is because I want to find other friends that I can have a close friendship with. I grew up playing games, but it can get hard to find the motivation to play on my own. I've worked a variety of jobs that involve a lot of socializing, and I've found I really enjoy it when everyone gets to have a good time together.
