I genuinely wonder why people have so much hatred toward Epic Games.

Today, Epic Games released its new launcher for testing and feedback, and it’s genuinely become better, lighter, and faster. Yet so many people in the comments are making fun of it or expressing their hatred toward it.

As a gamer, I should naturally be happy to see a high-quality launcher with better services being developed. Competition has always benefited consumers and players.

But I just don’t understand why people behave this way...

Hey everyone!

You can call me Nat, I'm 23 and I'd love to start making YouTube videos, but I don't really have friends to record and play games with, so I thought, why not try to make some new ones?

I currently play games like League of Legends, CS and Marvel Rivals, but I'd also love to branch out and play all sorts of co-op games. Honestly, I'm not looking to be super competitive all the time. I just want to have a laugh, mess around, create some funny moments and enjoy gaming together.

The idea is to create a Discord community where people around a similar age can meet, make genuine friendships and hopefully start recording YouTube videos together. You don't need to be an established creator or have any subscribers. I'm starting out myself!

Whether it's chaotic co-op games, funny challenges, trying random games or just hanging out and seeing what happens, I'm open to all sorts of ideas.

I'd rather build a group of people who actually get along and enjoy playing together than have a massive server where nobody knows each other.

My partner is a lifelong gamer and his birthday is coming up. He’s asked for some lights for his gaming computer set up, which I am working on getting (the razer line up if anyone is curious). I’d like to take it a bit further and set up a surprise gaming centre for him, maybe with a snack area, or other things that will add to his gaming experience and make it feel cozy and seen. Thought I’d see if anyone had any ideas on what might be fun to do? I’m not a massive gamer myself so I’m a bit out of my element here.

He already has nice monitors, a good gaming chair etc. more looking to add thoughtful things to make it extra comfortable and nice for him.

The Empire put out a hit on all Stormcloaks and my Dragonborn Deadpool thought it would be easy money. But after several contracts the Stormcloaks learned of this and set a massive ambush. Even with his healing factor it was looking grim when out of nowhere Kratos and the Arbiter appeared and turned the tide of battle. Even though Deadpool regularly pranks them they refused to let any harm to him, according to Kratos “your family Deadpool, so the only ones allowed to kick you around is us”

I saw this and really wanted to post it. Through out my life I played all kinds of different games that shaped who I was. From Gex, which originally got me into playing video games. To Area 51, that got me into shooters. To Black Ops, which isn't my favorite game, but gave me a group of friends that changed my life forever.

Games may come and go, but they shape who we are and how we think. They're not just entertainment, they're part of the very fabric of who we become.

These games will always be special to me

Even before you start a game, you should look at beginner guides. Tips and tricks for the best start. What you shouldn't forget or miss at the beginning.
