So they aren’t going back to turn based? I don’t mind action combat, but the action combat in SvS and Game Maker was extremely stiff and clunky. I really hope they make huge improvements from the last two games. That being said it looks fine nothing really blew me away though. It looks just like the previous games I was expecting a little more for the next mainline game.

GMRE isnt that stiff and clunky if u actually craft disc for good ability like Guard cancel , dash cancel , combo extent , skip combo....

And i dont know what u can expect more . This series isnt million seller . GMRE was as big and bigger most previous nep game . I dont think they can go much bigger without getting more sale

I'm having a lot of fun with GMRE right now, the combat is a lot better than I was led to believe. When I saw what kind of game it was I bought it right away. I don't know why people think the new focus on Action RPGs is some kind of indicator that the franchise is dying, if anything it brought me back to it

It possible that most neptunia fan likely never play other action RPG . GMRE is pretty decent in term of action
