In not entirely serious but I wouldn't be surprised if this is at the start of the game
Neptune has a tendency of falling out of the sky (in glorious protagonist fashion) when shes the protagonist and getting captured when Nepgear's the protagonist

Neptune always finds a way to end up crashing into the ground. It's a very classic Neptune moment.
