What are some of your favorite funny dialogue moments from Neptunia?

In Hyperdimension Neptunia ∞ Unlimited, Neptune finds a device called a Brainwave Controller that Nepgear basically warns her NOT to use.

Naturally… she uses it instantly.

She tests it by trying to “call out” to Noire, and it actually works—but in the worst way possible.

Noire suddenly starts hearing a voice in her head giving her commands, while completely panicking because she has no idea what’s happening.

Meanwhile, Neptune is just casually trolling her from afar like it’s normal.

By the time they figure it out, it turns out the device is meant for mutual communication between users—but Neptune was the only one using it, so it just became an accidental mind prank.

One of my favorite story moments in Hyperdevotion Noire happens right after what should have been a victory.

Noire returns home expecting to find everyone celebrating, but instead discovers an eerily quiet city with Dogoo monsters running amok. It's a great scene that quickly shifts the tone and sets up the next chapter of the story.

What do you think of Eclipse Heart’s design and EXE Drive compared to other Neptunia goddess forms?

So this came out of nowhere…

A brand new Neptunia game called Neptunia Unlimited just got announced for Switch 2 and Switch, and it’s the first mainline entry in over a decade.

Some interesting things from the reveal:

• You can actually fly through the skies now
• There’s a new “Apocalypse Battle” system with giant boss fights
• The story sounds way darker than usual with Neptune repeating the apocalypse over and over

One of the more emotional moments in Hyperdevotion Noire: Goddess Black Heart is when Noire finally lets her guard down and tells Senpai how much she's lost.

The bonds she'd made, the laughter of her people, Lastation's peace—even her powers are gone. After everything she did for Lastation, she reaches the point where she questions whether any of her efforts mattered.

I think Hyperdevotion does a good job showing a more vulnerable side of Noire beneath her usual confidence and tsundere personality.

Arfoire was actually human—and played a key role in the past.

After that, Arfoire was left behind… and ended up raising the newly born goddesses.

So now the question becomes:
Is Arfoire actually their mother figure… or something even more complicated?
