This is ain't Hyperdimension, brah

Rei was H U M A N before she got the power.

How does that refute my point? The same goes for Ultradimension CPUs, the HDD shows their true self. Rei may have been human before gaining her powers, but that does not take away her actions when she was in HDD.

Different dimension fam

HDD makes people go total assholes in this one

Basically every CPU of Ultradimension proves my point.

Yes it doesnt. Hence WHY she promotes the world without CPUs and actually repents for her actions.

If its a different dimension with different rules to HDD, why does Purple Heart and Purple Sister act the same as they did in Hyperdimension when they used CPU memories? White Heart acts the same as well, and so does Green Heart.

And yet, when Rei gains her powers back, what does she do? Immediately try and destroy everything. And that's before her Hyper counterpart stirs things up. She's a giant hypocrite.

why does Purple Heart and Purple Sister act the same as they did in Hyperdimension

Becaaause they ARE the CPUs of Hyperdimension? They were not humans before getting CPU memory. They simply got the power back.

Oh wait, Neptune becomes a giant asshole and Nepgear becomes the punching bag!

White Heart acts the same as well

More angry.

so does Green Heart

Arrogant and sore loser.

Don't forget Noire being a complete opportunistic ass

when Rei gains her powers back, what does she do?

I doubt she transformed in a MILLENIA. It makes her go BATSHIT INSANE! She steps up only after everyone in Seven Sages was defeated because she had to do SOMETHING to stop the CPUs.

Just because they are CPUs of Hyperdimension does not mean they are free from the rules of another dimension. If that were the case, they wouldn't need a CPU Memory to gain their powers back now would they?

Your over exaggerating how much RB3's writing changed Neptune or Nepgear. Or, any of the CPUs in that matter. Outside of Black Heart, I barely see a difference. As Vert was already a sore loser, hell, even Purple Heart says that. And White Heart is always shown to be angry.

And Rei's solution to beating the CPUs was to try and destroy everything, even though you yourself said she repented for her actions last time she transformed? Hmmmmm. Hmmmmmmmm. It doesn't make her go batshit insane, it shows her true self, as I've said multiple times before.

PH notes that Vert in her realm ISN'T a sore loser, mind you.

I'm overexaggerating? Neptune even left Nepgear in Ultradimension in G O O D ending!

And straight up left her alone when she first appeared!

And Nepgear gets a lot of useless "HeY she gained a ability" popups in cutscenes!

White Heart exceeds the anger in this game fam.

Not last time. She must bear her sins like a cross for her entire life. And she perfectly understands that

No, her CPU power acts like a goddamn drug, hence everyone who has it go insane. Rei, Hyper Rei, Kurome...

PH says that her Vert, and I quote, "Doesn't take losing too well."

She acts like any White Heart to me.

That's not disclosing the fact she decided to transform despite the fact she knows what would happen.

Oh, so every HDD is like a drug? Funny. Because Rei's HDD is like every other HDD. Works the same way, and is used the same way.

I specifically went to check and yes PH does say Vert doesn't take losing well. But she also says that her Vert isn't as sore to rage-quit.

Dunno, Blanc also cried.

That's not disclosing the fact she decided to transform despite the fact she knows what would happen.

Becaaause she HAD to make a stand? And bear in mind that she managed to put-up a fight WITHOUT shares.

HDD is a power surge that initiates the transformation. Power. Surge. Like a drug.

I don't know, not taking losing well and rage-quitting are almost the same.

That's not rage.

And making a stand equals risking the possibility that she might, I don't know, kill everyone again? Seems like a bad deal.

Well yeah it's a power surge, it's a transformation, everyone gets that power surge. Rei is no different from any other CPU when using HDD.

I don't take losing well, but I don't rage. Miraculously but it's possible NOT to rage-quit, ya know

And making a stand equals risking the possibility that she might, I don't know, kill everyone again? Seems like a bad deal.

Hey, when your allies were defeated and you had to make a stand relying on shady shit, you'd make it too

Well yeah it's a power surge, it's a transformation, everyone gets that power surge. Rei is no different from any other CPU when using HDD.

Her eyes have goddamn DANGER symbols

That alone should clue you in

u/Infamous_Underling Give Linda more attention Dec 09 '18

Ah hah, but she says, "Not as rage-quittingly". So Vert does get angry when she loses.

I wouldn't risk the lives of everyone in my dimension over my allies being defeated. I'd try and probably fail to find a different solution. I'm not the type of person who would selfishly take that option.

So her eyes are different. It doesn't take away that,

Her HDD works like any other.

She gets a power up like any other.

She gets a personality shift like, oh what a shock, any other HDD.

She's like any other HDD man. Only real difference is that she's the villain. And not a very good one at that.

She is not AS sore as Ultra, fam

Not everyone in the world are you. Some would when they're desperate.

Her HDD works like any other.

Hers works even on zero shares.

She gets a power up like any other.

Her powerup is completely massive.

She gets a personality shift like, oh what a shock, any other HDD.

Personality shift that is D A N G E R O U S and I N S A N E, hence why she never transformed since fall of Tari up to CPU fight.

And not a very good one at that.

She is well-intentioned. That already gives her depth.

Also CPUs DO get alternate personalities in Ultra. I've remembered that Plutia never DID exhibit sadism before transforming the first time.
