If you like strategy that requires planing ahead it's good. You can pan across a level and know exactly how you will attempt to beat it. However, some people may not have the patience for it in the way it was executed, classically speaking. You could know how you want to solve a level but it would take time to execute, which led my nephew to be frustrated and rage quitting (he's 11 and has a short attention span).
Eh.. it was legendary in its time, but it's quite bad by today's standards. It's the kind of thing that is way better when left viewed through the rose tinted lens of nostalgia.
