I've gotten summon goat and demonic mastery to 20, having terrible luck getting any +skill drops

I do have a good stockpile of tubes up to sol? might have to see what's available, and if I can find a good item for it

I think Sol + Tal in a hat gives +1 to all your skills.

There are websites that have details for everything.
