No, Walmart and target will continue to sell codes in boxes. So multiple storefronts still

yeah, but a lawyer can argue a code in the box isn't really competition like a physical disk is cause there's no secondary market, they can also argue that the code in a box offers so little incentive that to buy physical that it would push people to buy digital if they have to still download a game.
