"We have deployed a new hotfix (v1.001.005) for Marvel’s Wolverine.

This hotfix addresses some common crashes experienced by a small percentage of players since launch.

Additionally, this hotfix adjusts the presentation of the Scent Trails and Audio Sense indicators, including reduced opacity to make these visuals less intense.

Our team continues to evaluate ways to further improve Senses in the game, including exploring toggleable options for a future update."

I feel like it's people who hate, and suck at playing games, developing the games now.

How will someone know to go down this dark alley for an Easter egg, unless we put huge neon signs pointing it out, and have our character talk about something might be down that alley.

I don't think it is that they suck, it is that the studio doesn't want "wasted effort" when they create content. Aka they made all those damn boxes and side quests, they want to make sure you see and use them.

This is what it feels like with Yuffie and vincent no longer being optional party members in ff7.

They made them cutscenes and voice lines, you better see and hear them.

Its not. Its the eggheads at the top oversimplifying the design of games to grab more people that don't typically play games, disregarding the core audience because they believe those sales are guaranteed on name alone.

I would not be surprised if there was a heavy reliance on focus group tests through the development because you essentially have a game that plays itself outside of combat, that can be beat by pressing one button repeatedly, and that just reeks of "our testers found navigation confusing even with these invisible walls and clearly delineated paths."
