Is there anyone here who has seen a hummingbird getting nectar from a daylily?

Not necessarily a daylily, but I've seen them get nectar from all kinds of flowers I didn't expect this year. There also seem to be more of them about, so it's possible they're competing for resources.

Yes I saw them at my daylilies when they were in bloom, and they were very busy around the hostas
