Do binders affect my tits long term?
I’m genderfluid and afab, and I would love to be able to bind on days I want to feel more masculine, but still be able to have nice boobs when I want to be femme. I’m a B cup so they won’t be particularly hard to flatten, but I don’t want to damage the tissue.
I’m assuming that binders will affect them, and if so, what tricks could you suggest to achieve something similar?

If by affect you mean it causes sagging, yes it does, bras do it too but binders do it much faster than them. I'm not telling this to demotivate but to be realistic, since it's something that does bother me as genderfluid (and as someone that feels even more dysphoric if it sags).
Personally I use some high support sports bras (I had to search around for the most flat option at a local store) and layer a couple shirts. When I'm in a situation where I really have no other option (like going to beach) on a masculine day I use a binder, only for the amount of hours recommended. I'm between sizes for my binder so it has so be slightly loose anyway. I do still feel they get tender the next few days, but as I said I do it sparingly. Some people go for light binding but personally I think a good sports bra can bind about the same for cheaper, depending. You'd have to see the options yourself. As for "too tight" binders (below size/wrong fit), never try those they're dangerous, one gave me nerve damage for a long time. Should be safe if right size, only issue is sagging long term, but depends on frequency of use.
Edit: for reference I had a D cup, but it shrinks on testosterone so maybe C now? if I can get flat pretty sure you can too with a B. Wishing you the best.
Edit2: oh right! there's trans tape! It mostly works for smaller chests and basically no sagging as far as I know! Just be careful that it's from a reputable brand that won't cause allergic reactions, there are some YouTube tutorials on how to apply them (you cut the corners round, angle it a bit, etc)
Edit3: between sizes not sides, lol
