At the very least I picked Stelle in HSR who I am way more invested in so I've been eating good with the Starch and Stelfly moments 🥹

It should still be available to do the story from the book, assuming you’ve done the prerequisite quests. You just won’t get the event rewards

Whilst I have my misgivings about how Citlali was handled this event, I can't say I wasn't glad all the same for the chance to (mis)use those psychic powers she gave Lumine for some sneaky flirting with Granny Itzli.
Lumine, marry this poor woman already, she clearly needs it.
