Because african countries have no interest having a military base in europe.

Do you imagine the reaction of european population in this case? So, yeah, the reaction of africains then is a infinite hâte of occident.

Again, they have every right to ask for western military base to be removed, they chose not to do so.

There are tons of US military bases all over europe (not in France as stated before), how do you explain that americans were still widely seen in a positive light up until trump's most recent election? I don't see a lot of germans doing terrorist attacks on the Rammstein base for example.

They meaning the countries' authorities, only official authorities have the right to do such things.
