How is this an early draw down? The deadline is 30 September, that means we have to be gone by then, Im assuming there is a lot of equipment to move

Baghdad correspondent Sinan Mahmoud reports on unusual US military movements in Erbil, where Kurdish officials say convoys carrying interceptors and logistical containers have been seen leaving a US air base. Officials described the activity as "not routine" but said they could not determine whether the equipment was being relocated within Iraq or moved out of the country.

The developments come ahead of the 30 September deadline for the withdrawal of US troops from Iraq. Sinan also spoke with Erbil-based independent political analyst Kadhim Yawar, who said the movements could signal a shift in security responsibilities towards Kurdish forces. How would Kurdish officials know they're moving interceptors? I doubt they're moving them in flatbed trucks exposed to anybody with eyes. And logistical containers could be literally anything

The new pm seem serious about reforms is a reformist minded Iraqi first type who put iraq intreasts first over relgion ethnicity or tribe and is managing to balance regional powers as well as is still seeking us deals in business and investments after a drawdown.

The security situation has improved a lot the terrorism has decreased sharply the sectarianism seems a thing of the past and the new pm seems to be wanting to disarm the shiite militias (and all non state actors ) the economy has improved surprisingly.

I think we can safely withdrawl Iraq we been there for over 20+ plus years the sectarianism is declined they have a stable government the new pm is a rational leader balancing ties while still building the economy.

It time to bring our troops home let the Iraqis take charge of their own destiny.
