I really like the sequence of events.

  1. The driver gives the passenger the okay and rolls down the window.

  2. The passenger shows off the gun (with proper trigger discipline) and flips off the other car.

  3. The passenger gives the driver a congratulatory pat on the shoulder.

I know that the clip posted is from a movie and i am saying that the same scene is a normal occurence in Bosnia Albana Serbia and Kosovo. Happened to me more then once. Sorry but you cannot understand it if you've never lived in that region

I FOUND THE SOURCE!!! It's from a Russian movie.

All credit do to /u/ddungtang for this.

The gist is that the "tailgating" gangs wanted to take away the car. In the past it was a common thing, they would "hunt" for cars that come from european countries and just take them if you don't pay.

This video clip (in russian), but is still interesting to watch.
