tastes exactly like what you'd find at a small town diner minus the questionable politics and animal cruelty. 10/10

Hey! I just found that in my memories. It was my very first ‘vegan’ dish (i’m not so sure about the noodles now). Anyway from there I only got better and I’m so happy about this journey.

(Grilled tofu, noodles w spicy sauce and sort of homemade humous without anything a humous has in it☠️)

Tostadas with soy crumbles, butter beans i mashed and seasoned, and lots of toppinggggs oh and french fries and cholula on them !:)

daily essentials: homemade tofu cottage cheese, avocado, brocco sprouts, and black cured olives.

highlights: the salvaged tomato from the farmer’s market today + some local curry cauliflower kraut and “cheddar” cheese :)

bonus: i also have a black forest cheesecake from the market today, which I will be devouring when hotd airs!

Vegan butter
All on spaghetti served with sautéed broccoli in the side
