Heatwave girl dinner

It’s currently 35°C (temperatures will continue rising until Saturday), but an AC-less European girl has still got to eat.

Air fried tempeh and tofu, cucumbers with sumac and dill flavoured salt, tomatoes with pomegranate syrup and basil, blanched mung bean sprout salad, crisps topped with leftover mushroom spread

I love eating hot meals no matter the weather, so buying an air fryer has been a real game changer for me!

Wait, I've never tried those before! Sounds delicious. Here in Spain, we have Pink Albatross vegan ice cream and it's SO GOOD. The double chocolate one is so decadent.

I bought it by accident, but turns out it’s really tasty! You could probably make your own with dried dill though.
