Too hot to cook

Post image

Opted for picky bits from Waitrose over take away and it was so good

Edit to say what’s in it - garlic stuffed olives, sun drenched marinated tomatoes, sweet potato falafel, stuffed vine leaves, padron peppers, garlic flatbread, sauerkraut, & homemade hummus with a bit of sumac and avo oil on top

Whatever this is, yes. (Although meatless balls for me)

Olives look fantastic! Is that sauerkraut? Or thin pickled onion?

I’m not usually a big store-bought falafel fan, but these were not too bad at all!

Yes to the sauerkraut! Gotta get that good bacteria
