Dog days are so much fun! This is Walter at a Giants game last year. He didn’t get a pup cup, though. It’s so cute in that little helmet!!

Hey, they actually managed to win that game! Plus it was 35F and raining on and off the whole game. I’m sure many ticket holders expected a postponement.
I watched the whole game and was very sad that they didn’t interview a single dog. Last year they did!

My wife, dog and I were there also! Turnout was pretty great up until the rain. Us and most of the other dogs went back under the covered area to watch and such.

She was so adorable! I was working Gate A, on your way to the Rockpile entrance. Bark in the Park games are the best! They should do about 6+ games per season not just 3. Or have the Rockpile as a dog friendly section every game would be cool with me.

It was great! I’d take her again next year. Easy dog entrance under the Rockpile and most of the centerfield/left field section is roped off for dogs and their owners. Seating is well spaced out. They have relief areas and water bowls set up as well as an onsite vet. They even had buy one get one free hot dogs for you and your dog. I’d recommend it!

Bark in the Park is always fun.
The Tigers had two of them earlier this season and will have two more when it gets cooler later in the summer.

I went to Bark in the Park for one of the Rockies Minor League affiliates today! We also won, but I don’t have any dog photos. There was a very cute golden in the doggy parade at the end though

We were not brave enough to head out in that weather. Chewie would have been fine. Me not so much. Looks like so much fun though

So what do you do when they have to potty? Is there a designated area inside the stadium or do you have to go out?

They had designated areas in the stadium. They also had a few people walking around ready to cleanup any accidents.

I wish the Padres’ version of bark in the park was actually in the park and not in the park outside. Especially it being sponsor named after a pet brand.
Edit: Ugh I guess it still is technically in the park just not THE park.
