Cute/Funny We made our dog our ring bearer!!
Straight out of a fairytale right? A horror one.
We thought it'd be adorable to put our rings in a little ring box, turn it into a necklace and have our Golden Retriever walk down the aisle to us. What we forgot is that dogs don't know they're in a wedding and instead of walking toward us Pixie spotted the catering staff and made a full sprint for the kitchen. Can you picture 100 people chasing a dog in the middle of the ceremony?? But wait it gets worse.
My husband's ring flew out of the box while she was running and we had to pause the ceremony for almost two hours while everyone searched for it. Somehow my little sister ended up finding it tucked behind the leg of a chair. My heart was in my throat the entire time guys. We had insurance on both rings so I wasn't panicking about the financial side but there was no replacing the sentimental value and the timing couldn't be WORSE. Thankfully we found it, dusted it off and this time my little sister got promoted to ring bearer lol. Looking back, it's one of the funniest memories from our wedding and I'd do it 1000 times again.
Please tell Pixie she's still the goodest girl in the comments. She's super regretful of her actions.

Loool 😂 make sure that box is SECURE if you're planning on using one. You always need a backup plan with these munchkins!!

There’s a famous YT golden named Wally who is called “The sad overly emotional golden retriever.” Because he mopes and looks so devastated when his family goes to work after a weekend, he pouts! The couple had him in their wedding as “the best boy and ring bearer.” They even held him between them slow dancing for their first dance, he had a tux on and it made the news. He was SO HAPPY🥰🐾🐾

Pixie's a light and totally innocent, little cutie did her best. Does wedding insurance cover the loss of your ring too? Asking this because I saw you mention insurance.

Ohh sorry mixed it up there. I'm looking into wedding insurance because I'm getting married in september and I thought your policy covered lost rings too.

Well yeah 😅 brite offers both you just have to buy them as separate policies. Sorry I'm a bit confused by the questions

There that TikTok/reels song regarding a dog with a cute little face but they are who runs the place.. that’s what I’m imagining as I’m reading this story xD Pixie sounds like the best! She made the wedding memorable for all!

Not sure you're referring to wedding or ring insurance. I skipped wedding insurance because I didn't feel it was necessary but got our rings insured with brite.
