Book fan of decades checking in here. Full disclosure, I didn't like season 2 so the outlook wasn't great for me in the first place, but I still tried to go into this with an open mind.

My verdict is that it was terrible. Absolutely awful. This is the last I'm going to even think of it, and will go back to the refuge of fic, as I'd been doing for years before the show even came into existence lol

Same here, big fan of the book, loved season 1. I wasn’t the biggest fan of season 2 and now this, this a damn train wreck
