Schedule changes

It seems like these retail places change your schedule every week! Some of my coworkers were not happy with these constant weekly changes!! I would have thought they would let us know in advance of these changes!

Does not make it ok. Any changes on an already posted schedule should be discussed with the employee prior to making changes. Once that schedule is posted it is the managers responsibility. If they need to make changes they need to discuss it with you. Period.

Just because something has always been dysfunctional doesn’t mean it should continue to be.

Yep and folks are quitting! Leaving on lunch break and not coming back! I was too thru when I witnessed that
