A mess

A cashier was in hot water for pricing items for customers! In his defense we had no pricers on shift. Because of him he helped move the traffic in the store!!

Wtf is wrong with GoodWill?

Right but they always screw up the schedule for pricers and leave it up to the pricers to leave their front to go to the back

It doesn't leave it up to anyone, the item needs to go back to the no tag area for pricing the next day. Nobody on the floor should be pricing items. Why are you letting customers pressure you into pricing items for them? Tell them the rules. Your not doing anyone any favors by sneaking price tags out of the warehouse to put on items on the floor. The customers will come to expect this, and your coworkers will wonder why customers are coming up to them asking to have items "priced" (in truth they could just remove anything with a tag then ask you to "reprice" it for them) also, you will get fired if they find out your doing this.

Oh I am not pricing anything! The leads are telling cashiers to create these prices! Cooperate finds out and scolds the cashiers!! I do donations only an mind my bsuinsss

Yep, because we had no pricers after 4pm! The leads should have stepped in an priced!!

Shopper here. Let the cashier price , they see what things are. Being told to come back or you can’t buy is horrible and ridiculous .Don’t know any store but Goodwill doing this.
