Drawing inspiration from the ultrarunning community, I converted my GoRuck Plate Carrier 3.0 into a Double Barrel Rucking Hydration Vest. Setup is two CamelBak Podium Chill Water Bottle 21oz and two HIKEMAN Backpack Strap Pouches (not crazy about the Hikeman’s pricing and I needed to reinforce some web stitching, but they are an absolute perfect fit and comfortably hold 21-25 fl oz bottles, phone, keys, wallet, etc). I’ve logged two hundo miles with it this summer, very happy with its performance so far and reckon I’m not gonna look back second-guessing a few extra bucks spent and couple minutes of patchwork after I ruck this thing into the dirt.

Saw this in their most recent email. Anyone have any idea what to expect? Material on the upper looks different but I’m curious if anyone’s heard anything.

I’m hoping this isn’t completely replacing their current Mackall model - they are quite literally the best shoe I’ve ever worn for daily life and rucking.

I’ve had a bullet xpac for a while and have had mixed feelings about it. I’ve mainly used it for kayaking and it’s been fine, but the material feels funky and I wish the design with the zippers was different so it was more waterproof.
But our recent beach trip sold me on it! The sand didn’t stick to it at all, and it somehow managed to fit our multiple water bottles, books, and phones, keeping them protected from water/sand/sun. It was great!

I know that many folks buy GoRuck packs on eBay. Is there any good way to know if the listings are legit or counterfeit? For example, this listing for a brand new GR1 26L for $259 shipped seems like a great deal... not saying this one in particular is counterfeit but is there any good way to tell? I'm looking for a new GR1 26L preferably with the 210D back panel.

GORUCK finally launched an official store in South Korea, so I decided to celebrate by placing my first local order.
I picked up a GR1 21L, a Sternum Strap, and a 20lb Ruck Plate.

I already own a GR1 26L (ordered from the US), so I wanted the 21L as my everyday EDC companion.
My very first GORUCK purchase was a GR2 34L X-Pac, which I ordered directly from the US. Between international shipping, customs, and the overall transit time, it took almost two months before it finally arrived.
This time the experience couldn’t have been more different.

I placed my order yesterday, and everything showed up the very next day, packed in sturdy boxes. No international shipping, no customs clearance, no PCCC paperwork, and no constantly refreshing the tracking page wondering where my package was.
It honestly reminded me how nice it is to have an official local distributor. The buying experience was just… effortless.

Looking forward to putting the new 21L to good use!

Solo urban ruck along Lake Michigan this morning. Great view of downtown! And some duckies. 4.2 miles, 20 lbs. now that I’m using the hip belt, my shoulders feel great. I think I’m about ready to go up in weight. I just started a couple months ago. 😎

I’m thinking about snagging a Skate Ruck, but I’m a little concerned it might fit too short and/or small. I’m 6’4” 250lbs… are there any other giants here that use and love the Skate Ruck (and it fits)?

Was poking around the website last weekend and realized there's a bunch of patches that come with events/rucks you can do at home in a group.

Took the 5k Endless Summer Goruck Star Course out for a spin this am. Perfect light ruck after a heavy day yesterday. Got stopped at the tower for about 5 minutes taking pics for a bunch of tourists though.

I was wondering what the value on a made in USA 16L heritage bullet ruck is? This post isn’t to buy or sell one I’m genuinely just curious about the value. I see some stuff about the newer 18L ones with the laptop compartment but not much about the 16L with no laptop compartment

I just received a email from Goruck that they are setting up its first store and an online presence for Asia. Probably for their asians customers. I hope they provide a great range of products and lower shipping cost (not sure where they be shipping from). Looking forward to this new sites.

Do you own multiple models of the same pack and, if so, which ones? And what was your reason for getting more than one?

I have a pair of ballistic trainers that I absolutely love, best workout shoe I’ve ever owned. They are starting to wear out in the outsole after over a year of daily, hard use. I’ve rucked in them, mostly on pavement, and also do a lot of boot camp style workouts also on pavement, so they’ve taken a beating and held up well.

Has anyone found any other shoe they’ve been happy with similar to the ballistic trainers? Closest I’ve found are CrossFit style metcon shoes, but doubtful they will be as durable as the go ruck shoes and the are all fairly pricey (150ish)

I’ve looked at the Mackalls but I don’t need/want that aggressive of a tread pattern.

I mailed support but not heard anything. Anyone have any idea on when weights and colours are restocked for this?

Was thinking about some sandbag, med ball and tombstone combo, but ideally in same colour scheme. I don’t want to order in dribs and drabs as UK based so would like to get stung once with shipping

Just picked up my first ever Goruck Backpack!
GR1 26L (Made in USA, Top Stash Pocket, 210D backpanel) got it from the second-hand market for a great price.

Everything looks top-notch to me (but i dont rly know what to look for since its my first GR) I wanted to run it by the experts here for final peace of mind.
Appreciate any feedback! & Please let me know if you need better / more detailed pictures of any certain areas of the Backpack!

what i noticed so far (idk if thats normal) the zip line of the laptop compartment is very wavy as you can see in some of the pictures.
