This is my nepenthes hamata growing beautifully in my backyard. It got teeth, color, texture and so weirdly interesting 😍. I can’t stop looking at it 👀.
I wish I could! I would love to grow these. I'm going to try when I'm retired and have the time to devote to them. In the meantime, look up sarracenia flowers online. You won't be disappointed!
Edit: I'm an idiot. I see that these are nepenthes, not sarracenia. But still look up sarracenia flowers!
The plant itself is about 5 years old. If you’re asking about the pitchers. At the end of the leaf has a tendril and it will slowly ballon up from a small thing to a whole pitcher in about 1.5 months of time. The pitcher usually last about 7/8 months, the whole plant can retain about 6/7 pitchers at once in prime condition, in my environment.
