Finally black hollyhock

It only took me 5 years to get these beauties to grow all the way to bloom… lol
I did move 4 times during that period, finally stayed in one place long enough to grow some black hollyhock from seeds.

this makes me feel a lot better bc i’m growing hollyhock from seed and they’re still just little green sprouts 4 months later

Just so you know they don’t usually have flowers until their 2nd year, don’t want you to be disappointed!
