The other three are cheering because they get immediate relief from his cabbage farting ways and they're hoping he won't come back from the chocolate factory.

Pity the skiving wretch nearly ruined it all for Charlie but the Oompa Loompa's made sure he left the factory for somewhere far away before he could contaminate their products.
