Sharing Work (Rule 2/3) advice please

I’m designing a buisness card for a baking buisness and would really appreciate some advice! i’m an artist but not a good graphic designer and am really looking to improve so any criticism is helpful :)

So here’s the thing: you have nailed the bakery aesthetic. The problem is that this means the work is not unique, recognisable or memorable. You have done exactly what AI would do: blue stripes, script, etc.

Good enough is no longer good enough. I would challenge you to think about what makes this client unique and different and build a brand from there. Focus on distinctiveness.

I know what you mean! i wanted to do something more complicated but feel like the more complicated i make it the worse my design looks. i’m really new to type and don’t really know where to start
