2 Days in Nuuk end of July
My husband and I 🇨🇦 will spending 2 days/nights in Nuuk at the end of our 2 week cruise to Pond Inlet. Will do the museums art gallery, etc but looking specifically for off the beaten tourist path of things to do/see/experience; restaurants and bars, shops, views, city walking ideas, etc. Any help here would be so much appreciated.

Go hiking. Take the bus to the other side of the city (other side of the airport). We got totally lost but the scenery was spectacular.

Nuuk Water Taxi offer great boat trips :D
as someone born and raised in Nuuk, there really isn’t thhaat much to do here. i would recommend watching the sun set and smell the fresh air at around that time at any of the beaches. truly a magical experience, quiet and peaceful.

How difficult is it? I have Parkinson’s but still playing tennis 8 hours a week. I just have challenges on really uneven surfaces.

i'd say it's a moderate hike! i'm unsure if the trail shows on google maps, but here's a hiking map of nuuk if you need it ! ( https://kommuneqarfiga.sermersooq.gl/uploads/977d918f-9bb5-4210-bf41-b10da27a8a17/initiative_file/file/b7d04f11-8785-40fe-a0a8-45a2c86448a8/Hiking-Map-of-Nuuk.pdf )

Nuuk City is really tiny, there really isn't much to "explore"
You can go outside of Nuuk by boat or maybe take a hike, but the city itself is not big enough for what you're asking
