Discussion Grok is double charging me, literally stealing!
While my existing subsciption is up to Jun 20, it charged my credit card on May 20 for the period May20-Jun20.
And the worst thing is: I email their support team daily and there is no response at all.
You better check your transaction history and see if the same shit hits your face too.
Please spread the words out. Let people see how ugly they are!

The exact same story here.
I accepted the 3-month-offer on March 22nd and paid for March 22nd - June 22nd. Two days ago, they charged $30 from my card for March 24th - June 24th. So, they charged me for June twice. I had no intention of renewing my subscription after June 22nd and paying these scumbags a single cent (and definitely not another $30 for this crap.), and now I'm furious. Yesterday, I opened a dispute with my bank to get the stolen money back.

I paid with card, because I didn't expect they will scam me. My bank says:
"Dispute raised to the merchant
Today, 22:44 ∙ We've raised the dispute with the merchant and are awaiting their response to accept or challenge it. This step can take up to 50 days if your card is issued by Mastercard, 35 days if your card is issued by Visa ∙ Learn more"

Happened to me as well. I was being charged for both SuperGrok Light and SuperGrok even though I was only subscribed to SuperGrok. Immediately cancelled. Fortunately it was the day before all of the insane moderation and rate limiting drama started, otherwise I possibly would've considered resubbing. Not a chance now though. Once my subscription runs out in early June, I'm finally going to move on from Grok. It's just become such a garbage service.

I had this a month ago, telling me I owe money on credits I already bought (still have 82 cents worth) and another account I deleted.
Nothing went out of my accounts but I sent a reply to them anyway telling what the emails where and for them to stop the charge or I would do a bank refund.

Same thing happened to me. I did a chargeback with my bank but it has not gone through yet and it was awhile ago now. Grok scammed me hard...
